Successful candidates will be friendly, patient-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your typical day includes:
Maintaining a warm, friendly, and welcoming relationship with all patients, Pivot staff, medical/non-medical professionals, vendors, and visitors Scheduling appointments, completing coding, editing checks, verifying benefits via phone, and setting up accounts Accurately entering and reviewing patient demographics, insurance, case information, and charges Collecting all monies due prior to each visit such as co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, etc.
