Responsibilities:
Daily Operations, Tournament Execution, Merchandise Sales, Customer Satisfaction, and Membership Sales To provide the best care and services in accordance to modern club management techniques to ensure customer satisfaction for golf operations.
To manage, direct, and administer the activities of ALL golf related departments in an effort to maximize customer service.
Implement new ideas and projects which encourage maximum member and public participation.
To direct, manage and administer all the staff.
Managing tee sheet reservations with EZLinks Work with greens superintendent in relation to course conditions, upcoming events and course construction work.
To assist General Manager in annual operating and capital budgets.
To recommend policies to strengthen the financial position of the club.
Be responsible for membership development and maintenance.
Supervise and manage all golf aspects of tournament play:
pairings, scoring, bag drop, contests.
Manage a first class bag drop area and staff.
Maintain a 60% merchandise COS or better.
Be responsible for hiring, discipline and/or terminating golf employees according to Club policy and procedures.
Be responsible for overall scheduling of golf operation departments to ensure that members, guests, public play, outings etc.
do not pose any conflicts.
Revise schedules when necessary.
To reaffirm all opening and closing procedures are maintained and filled out on a daily basis in Pro-Shop.
Maintaining the effective organization and cleanliness of the entire operation.
Design and maintain systems to control labor according to budgeted numbers on a daily and weekly basis.
Recognize cost saving days.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
