Responsibilities:
Inspect all commercial and residential building sites within Town limits and streets/utility projects to assure compliance with construction codes and compliant with current DNREC sediment & storm water regulations.
Education, Experience, and/or Requirements:
HS diploma/GED.
Valid driver's license.
Site construction experience on residential/commercial projects preferred.
Able to interpret plans involving infrastructure, roadway and sediment/storm water facilities.
Successfully pass pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
