Independent contractors with 302CleanIt get paid weekly and control how much, where, and how they work.

The Ideal Candidate:
Has their own active cleaning business with customers Cleans daily as their main profession Is experienced and has all their own supplies, insurance, and licensing Is a motivated self-starter who is looking to add new customers, grow their business, and make more money Is hungry to work Takes responsibility for their actions and does not make excuses for poor work Feels deeply that their reputation and quality of work is extremely important Please only apply if you have your own independent Home Cleaning Business with current clients.

You must have your own independent Home Cleaning Business You must be authorized to work in the United States.
You must run your own professional cleaning business with active clients (minimum 1 year paid experience).
You must have general liability insurance Your company must be licensed You must be dependable, punctual, and have reliable transportation You must be detail oriented, willing to follow instructions, and respond well to feedback You must provide your own cleaning supplies You must speak enough English to communicate with our company and our customers (perfect English is not required).

Responsibilities:
Act in a professional, polite, and friendly manner with customers.
Perform cleaning services to a high standard, using appropriate cleaning methods and products.
Carefully complete all items on the cleaning checklist for each job, taking time to perform a detailed inspection of all your work before completion.
Arrive on time to customer locations.
Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
Maintain a clean criminal background.
Regularly travel throughout New Castle County, DE to customer homes.
