We are looking for a helpdesk/desktop support analyst for a contract role with our client in Middletown DE. They are looking for someone to handle Level 1 support calls both in person and via phone and email. They are doing some office moves and consolidation work, so there will be some desktop relocation and set up work as well.

Years of IT support experience in a helpdesk or desktop support environment Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows OS (XP and Windows 7) Experience with MS Office, Active Directory, password reset, etc. Experience with basic application support
